Building the right culture, the heartbeat of who we are

This is what a Monday morning team meeting looks like for me. I would say its the most valuable meeting of the week.

Listening to Paris talk about his weekend at a Kid’s party playing Piñata 🎊 or hearing how revolutionary his new Amazon Firestick is…. or maybe Wills newfound concern that perhaps his love of a Sunday arvo beer is starting to derail his health kick. 😂

You could be right to ask why this would be the most valuable meeting. I get it.

The point is, we are a people business first and foremost. Taking the time for each other, building connectivity, friendships and camaraderie not only makes a great culture, but has a ripple effect on the client and business partners who get the same experience. It’s the heartbeat of who we are….
